Easy as Peanut Butter Pie!

What you need that you probably don't have in your fridge is Heavy Cream, so go grab that and make this easy pie. O, and a chocolate pie crust.

I don't have a chocolate pie crust already made in my house, but if you do, awesome, you can use it for this pie! Or, you can just alter it and make a Peanut Butter parfait with crushed cookies you have lying around that are probably going stale. Think layers.
So lets do this!

Whip until stiff these 2 things:
1 cup Heavy Cream
1 tsp. Vanilla

Separately mix or beat -your choice,  til smooth

3/4 Cup Peanut Butter--or other nut butters you have around that you need to use up
3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 package- 8oz. Cream Cheese-room temp

So once you got these two things all set, fold in the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture. Spread into a Chocolate Pie Crust and set in fridge for 4 hours.

Easy as Pie!
