Strawberry Bread

Grease and flour 2- 9x5 inch pans--loaf pans

Combine:
2 c. fresh or frozen strawberries-sliced or smooshed-
1 Tbsp. Sugar

In another bowl Combine:

3c + 2 Tbsp Flour---can use ww flour!
2c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1tsp. salt
1 tsp. b. soda

Add to berries and sugar:
1 1/4 apple sauce
4 eggs beaten

Add dry stuff to wet stuff, and mix til blended.
Dump into loaf pans and bake @ 350 degrees 45-50 min, or until toothpick comes out clean!

 Knife shows the size of these little loaves.

Cut up and served with Banana Walnut Gelato from Black Dog Gelato

*use various pans if you like. 1 loaf pan, 1 small loaf pan, Pirex pans.


*not vegan, but egg replacer can be substituted for eggs!
