Seasame Noodles

Sesame Noodles a la Beth

1#udon Noodles
3T. Tahini
2-3cloves garlic, minced
2tsp. ginger, minced
2T. tamari or soy sauce
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1T. Maple Syrup
1/2tsp. tsp cider vinegar or rice vinegar(the latter perks up the flavor, but both are optional)
1-2T. sesame Seeds
1-2T. Sesame Oil
3 scallions, chopped
1/4 snow peas

1. cook noodles
2. Drain and cool
3. Mix all the ingredients except the snow peas and scallions
4. Taste and adjust seasonings as necessary
5. Thin with water if too thick
6. Add noodles and raw snow peas. Toss until well coated
7. Sprinkle scallions on top, and serve!
